All sales are final. Because many of our items are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at [[email protected]] within 14 days with a photo of the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
